RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

M.Phil research of S.A. Vasantha Kumara , 'A study on behavioral aspects of entrepreneurs in industrial estates of Bangalore.'

S.A.Vasantha Kumara has taken a research project on studying entrepreneurial competencies of students of VTU for his PhD degree.

S.Padmanabha has taken a research project on studying work center trauma for his PhD degree.

S.A.Vasantha Kumara, has been a visiting faculty for Dayananda Sagar business school teaching courses like Production & Operations Management, Entrepreneurship and Guiding student projects for BBM & MBA programs.

S.A.Vasantha Kumara & S.Padmanabha have taught Management in Engineering and Systems Engineering for Final year CSE/ISE students.

S.A.Vasantha Kumara,M.Tech, M.Phil Assistant Professor has over 17 years of academic experence and teaches courses on DBMS, Simulation ,MIS, TQM, statistics, OB. He has presented/published 5 papers and has attended many workshops and conferences. He has conducted Entrepreneurship awareness programs.He is currently pursuing his PhD program in the area of Entrepreneurship registered with SSIT-STEP under VTU.	S.Padmanabha,M.E.(production/operations management) Assistant Professor has over 17 years of academic experience and teaches courses on OR,IE, MM,OM,HRM,IM,QA.He has presented/published 3 papers and attended an STTP on TQM.He has conducted special talks on leadership styles, desertation works,learning skills etc.He is currently pursuing his PhD program in the area of Ergonomics registered with BMSCE research center under VTU.
R.V.Praveena Gowda,M.E, Lecturer has over 9 years of teaching and 2 years of industrial experience and teaches courses on TOM,EMD,QA,FAM,CIM,IE,QT,MP and M/C DWG. He has attended 2 seminars and workshops. His areas of interest are mechanization of farming works.	K.H.Vishwanathan, M Tech Lecturer has around 2 years of teaching and 2 years of industrial experience and teaches courses on MIS, CAD/CAM,FM,AIM,MP,M/C DWG and AUTO CAD. He has presented 2 posters in national level conference. He is co-authored 2 technical papers. His areas of interest are food processing and food machinery design.
V.Mamtha, BE Lecturer has 1.5 years of teaching and 1 year of industrial experience. She teaches courses on OB,PM,MP,METROLOGY and M/C DWG.Her areas of interest are Human Resource Management.	Mrs. A.Ramaa, M.Tech in Manufacturing Sciences, has one year of teaching experience and teaches courses on ATD, EE, Computer labs.
